- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hi, I would just like to say a big thank you to a member of your team - Aaron Naylor. I accidentally left my phone on charge in the car which my husband drove away & Aaron let me use his personal phone twice, to ask him to drop off my phone. Whilst we were waiting Aaron showed mr some fantastic EE deals. He checked & pointed out that we were on the wrong tariffs as we no longer used as much download allowance now we are retired. We also need a new internet provider & he talked us patiently through the details. At some point I need to buy a new tablet & he suggested the Samsung A which I am very interested in. There was no pressure & he has left us to work out exactly what our requirements are, but we shall definitely be using EE for our mobiles again as well as our internet provider, as a result of the great deals & the fantastic customer service displayed but Aaron.
